After placing a dish in the oven, select the suitable auto programme from the menu, enter the weight of the dish and press “Start”. Auto Pilot does the rest. It determines the right cooking mode, temperature and cooking time, and even switches off when the dish is done. Now that’s delicious everyday cooking made easier.

Eco Clean Direct: easy cleaning thanks to a coating that breaks down grease while you bake.

Eco Clean Direct takes the effort out of oven cleaning. A special coating of microfine ceramic spheres on the oven walls and roof gently breaks down grease spatters while you roast or bake. Whenever you want to clean the oven, simply wipe the oven floor and the glass door. For optimum cleaning, simply activate the regeneration cycle from time to time. This long-lasting coating saves you time and energy.

2 universal pans, slim size: optimized for smaller amounts of different dishes.

The slim size universal pans are perfect when cooking two variants of the same dish. They are even more perfect for smaller quantities of food. For example: baked potatoes are prepared in one tray while filled tomatoes are cooked at the same time in the second tray. Thanks to their compact size, they can be easily cleaned in a Bosch dishwasher. And, if food needs to be stored cold before or after the preparation, they also fit into Bosch fridges.

Bosch Series 4 and 2 ovens with pyrolytic cleaning are operated by a LED-touch control. For a better overview all functions of the oven are displayed in the easy-to-use display. Heating mode, temperature, duration and all additional functions are set via touch buttons. Thus, knobs belong to the past. Depending on the oven model the display is integrated into a glass or stainless steel panel – all easy to clean.

Flap door with SoftOpen and SoftClose: the oven door opens and closes especially gently and quietly.

Oven doors are now more convenient than ever: A special damping mechanism prevents oven doors from slamming shut. As you gently push the door shut, it stops just before closing and then shuts itself gently and quietly, thus guaranteeing a long life for both your oven and the oven door.

HotAir Safety Fan: perfect cooking, perfect protection

When you have a perfect meal cooking inside your oven, you can’t wait to take it out and enjoy it with your loved ones. But sometimes the excessive hot air flowing from inside or the hot external surfaces can ruin the moment. Never again with Bosch cooling fan! As part of the hot air extraction system which uses a thermostat, all external surfaces such as knobs, front door, control panel, are kept at safe temperatures during cooking. Furthermore, the fan stops working once the door opens to prevent excessive hot air hitting you, so that you can enjoy cooking and eating safely without any annoying interruptions. Isn’t it cool!
