How does the Dual Purification Technology work?
The Bionic Air Washer uses a [Dry + Wet] Dual Effect Purification method. Air first passes through the Dry filter (HEPA filter) to remove large and fine particles, odors, and gases. After Dry Filtration, the Wet Filter Element (T-Type Washing Filter) traps remaining particulates, allergens, and contaminants in its water reservoir. The purified and humidified air is then released back into the room, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
Can I add Tap Water to the Water Tank?
Yes, The Water Tank is equipped with a removable and replaceable Activated Charcoal Water Filter captures residual sediment, chemicals, heavy metals and harmful substances in the tap water.
It uses finer granular activated charcoal to enhance the filtering process
Can I use essential oils with the Bionic Air Washer?
The Bionic Air Washer is not designed for use with essential oils. Adding oils to the water tank may damage the unit and void the warranty.
