Terms and Conditions of Climate Vouchers Usage

1. Climate Vouchers can only be redeemed when you purchase eligible products approved under the Enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP).

2. For purchases of eligible products made on our official online store (www.megadiscountstore.com.sg), Climate Vouchers can only be redeemed in-person at our store located at Leisure Park Kallang.

3. You will be required to present your personal identification document (e.g. NRIC or utilities bill) that clearly shows your residential address. This is to verify that the address indicated on the Climate Voucher corresponds with the address on your document.

4. No refund of Climate Vouchers is allowed after redemption.

5. No refund of Climate Vouchers will be provided if the value of Climate Vouchers used and redeemed exceeds the total purchase amount. 

6. If the value of your Climate Vouchers is insufficient to cover the full purchase amount, you will be required to pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.

7. Climate Vouchers from different households cannot be combined or used in a single transaction.

8. Climate Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, cash vouchers or otherwise.

9. Exchanges for products purchased with Climate Vouchers are subjected to Mega Discount Store's policy and and are only permitted for other eligible products under the Enhanced Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP).
