Hello, thank you for your purchase. Please ensure the filter packaging is removed. This air purifier effectively captures airborne hair, dust, and allergens to protect your health. For better results, place it where your pet stays often, turn on Pet Mode for enhanced airflow, and run it continuously to remove floating hair.
Why are the PM2.5/TVOC readings inaccurate?
The sensor readings may vary by ±10%. As a precision instrument, it can fluctuate due to environmental factors but will stabilize over time. Please avoid exposing the unit to moisture, as water contact may reduce sensor sensitivity.
Why is the product so noisy?
The purifier generates normal airflow noise during operation. Its sound level is maintained between 32-62 dB(A), reflecting efficient performance. If you prefer quieter operation, you may adjust the fan speed in Custom Mode to a comfortable level.
How do I install the top unit of the machine?
Removal method:
Press the handhold under the arrow and lift upward with both hands.
Installation method:
1. Align the top unit with the direction mark on the hair collection bin.
2. Gently press around the edge until secure.
Note: If misaligned, rotate slightly left or right to adjust.
Why does the network connection keep failing?
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network and that the Wi‑Fi name/password are entered correctly. The router should not merge the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
2. Remove the device from the APP.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the APP (or clear its data), log in again, and retry the connection.
4. Restart the router (unplug for 30 seconds), and ensure the encryption mode is WPA2 with no device‑connection restrictions.
5. Keep the device close to the router, as walls may block the signal.
