Installation Type
1. Free delivery and installation for standard replacement - worth $250.70 (inclusive GST)
2. Free delivery and new installation (including extension of gas pipe from cooking point to heater position within kitchen/service balcony, excluding plumbing services) worth $228.80 (inclusive GST)
3. Installation of New Gas Water Heater with Additional Plumbing Service costs $300.00 (inclusive GST) for HDB new BTO only (including gas pipe and hot & cold water points). The hot & cold water pipe is extended from Gas Water Heater location in service yard to bathroom/service yard for showers.
4. Convert existing Electric Storage/Instantaneous Water Heater to Gas Water Heater for HDB only. This conversion package costs $590.00 (inclusive GST), it includes:
- Gas Pipe Installation: T-off from the existing kitchen gas pipe, to gas water heater located in the kitchen or service yard.
- Water Pipe Installation: Connects from gas water heater to both bathrooms.
- Electrical Works: Installation of a 13amp electrical point for the gas water heater and termination of existing electrical points (if required).
- Carpentry Adjustments: Installation of pipes through existing cabinetry (if required).
- Appliance Removal: Safe removal and disposal of your existing water heater.- Pipe Accommodation: Making openings to allow gas and water pipes to pass through.
- Finishing Touches: Patching up all holes for a clean finish.
** Note: Conversion work will only commence after conducting a site survey and after receiving both acceptance from Customer and City Energy.
