What is the capacity of the Water Tank and how long can a full Water Tank last? The water tank holds 4.5 L of water. A full tank provides up to 60 minutes of misting in Continuous Mode and up to 120 minutes in Interval Mode. |

Why isn’t my fan misting even when the misting function is turned on? Check that the misting tank is filled with water, and make sure the misting hose is securely connected to both the back of the fan head and the back of the water tank. Also, ensure there are no kinks or bends in the misting hose that could block water flow. |

Can I use the misting function indoors and outdoors? The misting function is intended for outdoor use only. Do not use misting indoors, as it may cause slippery surfaces or water damage. |

Why does the mist feel too wet? The fan has three mist settings that control mist density. Press the misting icon on either the remote control or the fan head until you reach your preferred setting. If the mist feels too heavy, try lowering the fan speed, as higher speeds can increase mist intensity. |

How do I maintain and clean the Shark FlexBreeze Pro Mist Fan? To keep your FlexBreeze Pro Mist Fan performing at its best: • Water Tank & Misting Hose: Clean with unscented soap and water every 3 months (or as needed). Empty and dry both after each use to prevent buildup. |

Can I leave the fan outdoors? This fan is water resistant and will not be damaged by light rain. However, it cannot withstand heavy rain or water submersion. It is recommended to bring the fan indoors when not in use for long periods of time. |

How do I use the hose clip? The hose clip will help to hold the misting hose in place while in use. |

Can I use chilled water and Ice in the water tank? Yes. You can use chilled water or ice to further enhance the cooling effect. The product has been tested to lower temperatures by up to 6°C when used with chilled water* *Based on temperature reduction in a controlled environment at 30°C, 2.7 meters from the fan, 50% RH, with chilled ≤5°C water. Performance will vary depending on environmental factors. |

Can I add fragrances or essential oils to the water tank? No. Do not add anything other than clean water to the tank. The unit is designed only to convert clean water into a fine cooling mist. |

Can I top up water into the water tank while the fan is running in operation? Yes, you can top up water while the fan is in operation. Simply turn the top cover anticlockwise to unlock it, then add water to the tank. Once done, lock and secure the cover fully before resuming use. |

Why is the remote not working? When using the remote, make sure it’s pointed directly at the LED display on the front of the fan. The fan may have entered IDLE Mode to preserve battery life. If the fan has been unplugged and powered off for 24 hours, it will automatically enter this mode, and the remote cannot be used to power it on. To exit IDLE Mode, press the Power button on top of the fan head to turn the fan back on. |

I lost my remote connection to the fan, how do I reconnect it? If your remote has lost connection to the fan, you can easily re-pair it: 1. Press and hold the Power button on the fan head for 5 seconds until the LEDs begin flashing. 2. While the LEDs are flashing, press the fan speed button on the right side of the remote. If the remote still doesn’t work, replace the batteries and try again. If the issue persists, please contact Shark Customer Service team for assistance. |
