Why won’t my robot vacuum turn off?
The robot cannot be turned off while it is charging. Move it away from the charging base, then press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to force it to turn off. If the issue continues, please contact Dreame's after-sales service.
How long does the robot take to fully charge?
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours when the battery is low.
Why is the robot getting louder while operating?
A clogged dust-box filter, debris caught in the main brushes or inlet, or tangled brushes can increase noise. Check and clean these areas and remove any foreign objects. You can also try switching the suction mode to Standard or Quiet.
Why isn’t the robot following its set cleaning route?
Make sure objects such as power cords and slippers are cleared from the floor before cleaning. Wet or slippery floors can also cause the main wheel to slip, so allow wet areas to dry before using the robot. Keep the robot’s window/sensor area clean with a soft, dry cloth.
Why does the robot miss rooms?
Make sure the doors to the rooms you want cleaned are open. Also check that the area directly in front of the room is free of water or slippery surfaces. Wet floors can cause the robot to slip and work abnormally, so allow them to dry before cleaning.
Why doesn’t the robot resume cleaning after charging?
Check whether Do Not Disturb (DND) mode is enabled, as this can prevent the robot from resuming automatically. If you manually place the robot on its base, press the station or send the robot to charge via the app before cleaning resumes.
