Q. Can I use mineral water?
It is best to use pure water in the tank; do not use water with high mineral content, such as well water, as it may affect service life of the oven.
Q. Can I leave the remaining water in the water tank for the next day?
After using the steam oven, be sure to pull out the tank, drain any remaining water, and clean it. This will prevent the formation of bacteria and limescale. Please do not use the dishwasher to clean it.
Q. Can I pour hot water into the water tank?
Do not add hot water to the water tank. Doing so may deform the tank and damage the oven.
Q. Why is the inside glass not clear, and why is oil dripping?
Baking food produces oil and water droplets. Clean the glass inside the door after the appliance cools down completely.
