Can I use pre-ground coffee in the coffee machine?
Yes. The coffee machine has a dedicated compartment for pre-ground coffee, allowing you to brew coffee using your preferred ground coffee instead of coffee beans. This is useful if you want to use a different coffee variety, such as decaffeinated coffee.
How much pre-ground coffee should I use?
Add approximately 3 teaspoons (about 8 g) of pre-ground coffee to the pre-ground coffee compartment for one cup.
Can I brew more than one cup at a time using pre-ground coffee?
No. When using pre-ground coffee, the machine can brew only one cup at a time.
Can I adjust the coffee strength when using pre-ground coffee?
No. The coffee strength cannot be adjusted when the machine is set to use pre-ground coffee.
The pre-ground coffee function also does not save your previous coffee-strength selection. Each time you use pre-ground coffee, you need to add the coffee powder and proceed with brewing.
Can this coffee machine make iced coffee?
Yes, the machine can prepare iced coffee for specific supported coffee types.
The iced coffee function brews the coffee with warm water, so you should serve it over ice rather than expecting the machine to dispense chilled coffee.
How much ice should I use for iced coffee?
For optimal results, fill your glass to approximately two-thirds full with ice cubes before brewing.
Can I dispense hot water from the coffee machine?
Yes. The machine can dispense hot water through the hot water spout.
Why does the drip tray fill up so quickly?
It is normal for the drip tray to collect water during use. The coffee machine automatically uses water to rinse its internal circuit and brew group, and some of this water flows into the drip tray.
What should I do when the drip tray is full?
Empty the drip tray as soon as the red “drip tray full” indicator appears through the drip tray cover. Place a cup underneath the coffee dispensing spout to collect any remaining rinsing water.
