How do I install the HEPA + Carbon Filter?

Installing the HEPA + Carbon Filter is quick and easy:

1. Remove the air intake grille from the rear of the dehumidifier.
2. Remove all packaging from the filter and fit the HEPA + Carbon Filter into the rear panel.
3. Reattach the air intake grille.

Please note: Using the HEPA + Carbon Filter may slightly reduce dehumidification performance. You can choose whether to use the filter when operating the dehumidifier in dehumidification mode.

Where can I use the dehumidifier?

The dehumidifier is designed for indoor use only. For best results, place it on a smooth, level and stable surface that can safely support the unit when the water tank is full.

It is particularly suitable for areas with excess moisture, such as:

Laundry rooms
Bathrooms
Kitchens
Basements
Other enclosed areas where moisture or condensation is a concern

How to operate the appliance?

Short press to select between Complete, Air Purifier and Dryer Mode. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate once selected mode is activatred.

Complete Mode: In the Complete Mode, the unit operates as an air purifier and dehumidifer at the same time. The ambient humidity will be displayed on the LED Display. 

Smart Mode is activated by default in the first use. 

Air Purifier Mode: In the Air Purifier Mode, the unit operates as a standalone air purifier and no dehumidification takes place. (Compressor does not operate, only the fan is working)

When the unit operates as an air purifier, no indications are being displayed on the LED display.

Laundry Dryer Mode: In Laundry Dryer Mode, the unit operates under continuous mode with high fan speed (no other modes can be selected), while the percentage of relative humidity is set to 30% and the timer is automatically set to eight hours of operation. 

The LED display inidcates the time set until deactivation.

Can there be water in the tank when I first use the dehumidifier?

Yes. You may notice a small amount of water in the tank when using the dehumidifier for the first time. This can occur as a result of product inspection during the manufacturing process and is normal.

When do I need to replace the filter?

The HEPA Filter replacement reminder will appear on the digital panel of the appliance once 4320 operational hours have been completed.

After the replacement of the HEPA Filter, long press the [Power] and [Function] buttons at the same time for five seconds to reset the timer and to remove the reminder from the display.

What happens when the water tank is full? 

When the water tank is full, the indicator light will illuminate and the unit will emit a double beep, repeating the sound to remind you to empty the tank. 

The compressor will stop immediately, but the fan will continue running. 

Note: When the water tank is full in Sleep Mode, there will no beep sound reminder

How do I use Continuous Drainage?

Water can be automatically emptied into a floor drain or bucket by connecting the standard 1 meter drain pipe at the back of the unit.

Note:
• The water tank must be installed in place when using continuous drainage, otherwise the dehumidifier will not work.
• The height of the end of the drain pipe must be more than 10cm below the height of the fuselage outlet. Ensure the hose slopes downward from the main unit and avoid any bending or upward slope. The drain pipe must be kept smooth, otherwise the water may not be drained normally.
