Why does the water in the air cooler tank have a slight discolouration or odour?
When using the machine for the first time, it is normal for the water in the tank to have a slight discolouration and odour. This is a common occurrence, non-toxic, harmless, and will not affect your health.
How do I activate the Cooler/Humidifier function?
Press the Cooler/Humidifier button to activate the Cooler/Humidifier function. The indicator light will illuminate.
Water must be added for the Cooler/Humidifier function to operate. Operating without water can damage the air cooler.
What is the Dry Air function and how do I activate it?
Press and hold the speed selection button for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the Dry Air function, which will start at the high-speed level (03).
In this mode, the speed selection indicator will flash, and the unit will operate for 20 minutes before automatically shutting down and entering standby mode.
During Dry Air operation, all other functions will be deactivated except for the speed selection button.
How does Sleep Mode work?
In Sleep Mode, the air cooler will gradually reduce its speed every 30 minutes until it reaches the lowest setting, where it will remain.
For example, the air cooler will run on high speed for 30 minutes, then switch to medium speed for another 30 minutes, and finally settle at the lowest speed, where it will continue operating.
How do I activate the Purifying Mode?
To enable or disable the purifying function, press the Purifying button.
When activated, the air is redirected through the HEPA filter for purification, with the indicator lights turning on.
Once the function is deactivated, the air returns to the cooler's outlet, resuming the cooling mode.
What do the air quality indicator colours mean?
After activating the air purifying function, the sensor requires 60 seconds to warm up and stabilise.
During this period, the process indicator light will cycle through Red, Orange, and Green.
After 60 seconds, the indicator will display the appropriate colour based on the detected air quality in the environment.

Can I adjust the wind speed during Purifying Mode?
While in Purifying Mode, you can adjust the speed, but oscillation and mode selection are disabled during purifying mode.
What is AI Smart Purification?
AI Smart Purification offers the same benefits as Purifying Mode, but with all other features disabled.
When should I replace the HEPA filter?
When the HEPA filter reaches the end of its service life (estimated 1080 hours of usage), the purifying indicator light will flash in red to signal that replacement is needed.
How do I reset the HEPA filter replacement reminder?
After replacing the HEPA filter, press and hold the Purifying button for 3 seconds to exit the flashing indicator reminder.
