🌱 What is the Green Homes @ North West Programme?
This initiative by the North West Community Development Council (CDC) encourages residents to lead greener lifestyles through eco-conscious purchases and sustainable home practices. When you meet at least 3 out of 7 green criteria, you’ll qualify for grocery e-vouchers redeemable at selected supermarkets such as FairPrice.
This programme is strictly for North West District residents, which includes:
- Holland-Bukit Timah GRC
- Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC
- Nee Soon GRC
- Sembawang GRC
- Bukit Panjang SMC

🛒 How to Qualify for the Green Rewards
To participate, purchase 6 eligible energy-efficient appliances (7 products total) from Mega Discount Store in a single receipt, then submit your application online. The more criteria you meet, the greater your reward.
Green Home Criteria (Fulfil any 3 to 7 of the following):
1. Air-conditioner with a 3-tick or above energy rating
2. Refrigerator with a 3-tick or above energy rating
3. Washing Machine with a 4-tick water rating
4. Television with a 4-tick or above energy rating
5. Instantaneous, Heat Pump, or Gas Water Heater
6. Two Direct Current (DC) Fans
7. A Recyclable Collection Corner set up in your home (e.g. neatly organised bins for paper, plastic, etc.)
📄 How to Apply
Once your purchase is complete, follow these steps:
1. Buy all 6 eligible appliances (7 items total) in a single receipt from Mega Discount Store.
2. Set up your Recyclable Collection Corner at home.
3. Submit the following via FormSG:
- Photo of Invoice
- Photo of Delivery Order

4. Wait for the North West CDC to review your application.
5. If successful, you’ll receive grocery e-vouchers based on your qualifying tier.

Via Car/Motorcycle:
