Performance The BM250 can bake a family-sized loaf in under an hour and can be used for savoury, sweet, white, whole wheat, French, gluten free and pre-mixed varieties. What's more, you can set baking to start up to 15 hours in advance, so that you can wake up or come home to freshly baked bread, every day. There's a viewing window for you keep an eye on baking progress and an 8-minute power interruption memory, which means you won't have to start all over again should you need to stop the machine part way through the cycle. With the one-hour keep warm function you can keep that just-baked taste for longer. |
